National Institute Of Open Schooling — refund 2nd time's registration fee

I have applied for dled course (Application ref. No. D[protected] and paid the fee through net banking facility (State bank of india) on 31/08/2017 & 05/09/2017. The amount was deducted from the bank account. But till date (Means 05/09/2017) the payment status is not updated. Kindly return my 1st or 2nd times payment amount quickly.
