National Institute Of Open Schooling — unable to take out the hall ticket

My enrollment number is [protected].
I have paid the second semester exam fees of rs 510 for the courses 504 and 505 on 2018 through net banking
But today when i tried to print the hall ticket for tomorrow exam that is for the exam of course 504, i got a notification of "invalid details or not submitted exam fees" after i enter the enrollment number and date of birth.
I don't know what will i do because tomorrow i have to appear the exam.
Please help immediately.
