I am vivek working at bhojan capital advisors private limited. For applying a hall ticket, i made an online payment on 13 jun 2017 11:06:46. But unfortunately the transaction was unsuccessful and during the transaction there was a not that refund of fees will be done in 10 days. So, i was waiting for 10 days and i didn't get my money back. On 23 june 2017 i wrote a mail from "[protected]@bhojancapital.com" to "[protected]@nism.ac.in" stating that i have not received my money. From "[protected]@nism. Zendesk.com" i got a reference number (#201138) for my complaint and there was positive feedback on the complaint. So, again on 30 june 2017 i drafted a mail to "[protected]@nism. Zendesk.com" and got a reference number (#202700) again. Even then i didn't get my money back. On 4 july 2017 i mailed them again and where there was no proper response.
