[Resolved]  National Instituter of Securities Markets — Required refund amount

Dear Sir, I made a booking from your web site on 15.08.2014. The details of ticket is as under. PNR No. - RSOEQC E-Ticket no.[protected] I made above booking from your web site WWW.jetairways.com and my Credit card account got charged. Thereafter a server error was displayed and could not receive any confirmation from your end. Later on I made a call to your helpline executive and she said that due to server error your PNR is not reflected and informed me that the booking has not gone through and if any case that will be refunded back and kindly make a fresh booking. After that she made a new booking from her system and payment was made online. The referring PNR is TDYLXO and the E-ticket is[protected]. The pax travelled in the same PNR TDYLXO but when we checked the credit card statement the payment is made twice i.e. Rs. 5, 606 & Rs. 5, 606. I had made the call from my mobile number [protected]. Kindly check the concerned tape conversation and credit the amount as soon as possible. Kindly arrange to call back for me and I am waiting for a line of confirmation from your end.
