My insurance policy no.[protected] date of insurance is 15/05/2016 expiry date 15/05/2017 midnight. The policy is expired as no intimation for renewal received from the company. The agent of the company also did not bother to inform about the expiry date of the policy. I am not at all satisfied about the service being rendered by the company.
