Complaint against Ms KShama.G.Sawant, Divisional Manager, Vasco da Gama, GOA 403802

I am a long time policy holder of your company. I have visited your office in Vasco 3 times in last ONE year. I find that Ms Sawant does not come to office till about 1025 hrs, so most of the staff is also missing. Customer are made to wait for arrival of staff.

I told her more then once, her excuse is that she stays far away. Is it Customer fault?
Your office is on Second Floor with NO lift. It is very difficult for Senior citizens to climb ladders. In fact on a occasion I was told to go and get a photocopy of my Policy while staff can easily access it on line.
With this behavior of staff I wonder HOW long NIC will last.
