We had applied for marine insurance against our damaged consignment which was dispatched from ahmedabad to bangalore. All the required details were provided as required. The surveyor completed the process and we asked him to add our gst number in his fee receipt. He agreed. But now on constantly contacting him regarding sending the updated documents to us, he keeps on making excuses. His excuses are - i am out i will send tomorrow, right now i dont have details will check and send it tomorow. Now today his excuse is of not having our gst number. This complete conversion has taken a month now, after which he is asking us for gst number that too when we are calling him and asking for the status. Is this the way to handle an issue by the surveyor of such a big company. A simple document in which gst number is to be added and send to us is taking more than a month by the surveyor. This is completely intolerable, inacceptable and very disappointing.
