Policy no.[protected] hai. Mera 17.01.2018 ko accident ho gya tha jisme bike bhi demege ho gayi thi. Jab maine usko 18.01.2018 ko claim ke liye hero workshop main diya toh serveyer ne kha ki bike ke fuel tank jo leak hai demege hai usko badlne se mana kar diya aur kha ke hum isko change ya repair nahi krange. Isme purane model ka spare part change kiye hai. Meri bike ka model hai hf deluxe hai aur spare part cd deluxe ke hai. Aaj tak till today not deliver my bike.
