National Insurance Company — Car insurance not updated on MParivahan

I had got my car insurance done through online mode in February. Till date that is even after 07 months it’s not updated on MParivahan because of which I am facing problems with RTO and a challaan for no insurance .My Veh number is UP80EU5757.I have spoken to the customer care executives, they are clueless.I have also complained through mail, of which they gave me a very wrong and incomplete reply so in this case I am left with no option but to go legal for such lackadaisical attitude towards work from you people and fooling the customer.
