National Insurance Company — claim amount deduction beyond policy rules & regulations

My claim number is 18708377. I had taken 5 lacs suminsured policy in that the room charge was ₹ 2000 × 5 days =₹10000. And tpa has cut all the room rent with giving reason that room rent is excess. They are not going to solve this issue after 3 months back to back. There was no support from local surat office and regionale office from ahmedabad. They literally not answering the call after hearing my claim number.
