I took full insurance with zero dept for my car with the policy no -[protected].
An accident occurred on 5th may 2017 with divider and my car get repaired in city car waidhan (M. P) and they told me to pay full amount in cash rs.23000.00 +survey charge (3600rs) for fast delivery and later your cash amount will be sent to your account after completion of papers. I have submitted all needed documents related with claim on 11th may 2017 in national insurance company office waidhan, dist singrauli (Madhya pradesh) and they sent my file to satna office of national insurance (Madhya pradesh) till date my claim is not yet processed, every time i call the customer care but they didnot pick up my phone and there is no such proper co-ordination nor prioritization from them. Therefore i would request them to please process my claim at the earliest
