It has been almost two and a half months and i am yet to get any intimation about the status of the reimbursement.
I had got in touch with tpa genins india insurance tpa ltd. By email dated 19th january 2019, genins has confirmd the following:
"this is to inform you that the above mentioned claim files have settled.
Ni[protected].1 - settled rs. 6899/-. Settled amount will send to division – v for payment.
Ni[protected].2 – settled rs. 5655/-. Settled amount sent to do-v for payment.
