Our flood loss dated 14.7.16 is still hanging in air for the last 14 months at your yamunanagar (Haryana) divisional office and chandigarh regional office. Surveyor highly under assessed loss and took one year in release of report. For the last two months ro is not serious in settlement of loss. Irda norms have been grossly and openly violated by surveyor and insurance co. Irda is simply a paper tiger. No one is accountable in insurance company.
