Claim nos.[protected] and[protected] are reimbursement claims for cataract operation from Eye foundation. We had submitted the claim on 24th April. Since then literally 10 times the same query is raised saying we need PPN form, reason for not claiming cashless (which was because of error at HITPA's customer service), prescription etc.
All these things were already in claim form still i kept replying to same query on the portal with all the forms asked for
I also replied to [protected]@hitpa.co.in, [protected]@inubesolutions.com and [protected]@hitpa.co.in.
Still i keep receiving the same query asking for the same forms and reason and they ask me to mail it not reply on portal but do not specify the ID
I reply to all IDs still in every 3 days same query is raised always and my claim is unnecessarily being held
