I bought a tiago in the last year dec16 and i have never faced any issue with my car till now, but in between, this period, unfortunately i met up with 2 accidents (Not major) and because of that i sent my car to sanghi motors service center and it was a very bad experience for me both of the times with service center as well as insurance company.
Case 1st - 3 to 4 months ago my car was at the repair center for denting/painting for 7 days, after repair i paid with my card and submitted all of the documents for clam formalities but after 15 days i got to know that work on my file because of this insurance company delayed my claim by 45 days.
Case 2nd - 15 days ago again my car was at service center and this time they took 4 days only to check my car and then 5th day when i was there in front of them they took responsibility for repair and after so many calls finally surveyor came, it has been more then 1 week to make payment and submitted necessary documents but today i got to know they didn't do anything on my file... I contacted them and they replying me - "sir nobody come up here from insurance company to take your file" and insurance company (National insurance) agent saying - "we are waiting for their call when they will contact us we will work on your file" Was this information helpful? |
