Dear sir / madam,
My policy no. Is 251800/50/16/10000591 with national insurance company ltd. & tpa is phs (Ccn[protected] & iho id no. Is 40002342. I have done claim of my mothers illness (Death case) on 12th of april-2017 almost more than 3 month, but it is still not settled by the insurance company. As per tpa-paramount health services p. L. They have cleared & send it to insurance company for payment on 9th of july 2017 after long conversation & fullfilment. But not yet settled till today by insurance company. I would like to inform that at the time of policy sold, they promised us that we will settled all the claims within 15days. Then why not till today it has been settled.
