With great regret I have to say that My Wife Rachita Mishra, Scooty UP-32-JU-5191, Receipt No. [protected] claim not settled from last 17 June 2021 (6 months). I am suffering badly, in trouble for being harassment by Mr. Phool Chand Branch Manager. Why is it so delayed? What is my fault? I purchased a policy from your company, Is this my biggest fault? Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.
