This is to inform you that my car Dzire Vdi (DL1CQ5065) in the name of Baldev Singh is insured under above policy no. This car was stolen on dated 29.01.2016 all formalities is completed by me to insurance company but till date not received claim, company is harass to me for settle the claim after deduction of 25%, 15% and 10% of Sum insured, Company says no spot witness is provide by me i am also inform you that my car was stolen from near one shopkeeper and shopkeeper was given the written statement to company but company is not consider the same, National Insurance is harrass to me and delay the claim without any reason, So i request to you please settle the claim without any deduction.
