Dear sir,
The patient hairunnisha was sufferring from severe back pain due to fall at her residence on 11.08.2016. She was rushed to emergency in srinivasa hospital, mukka, mangalore. Doctor advised to admit in same hospital.
As per doctor advice patient discharged on 16.08.2016.
Pre - authorisation form was filledup and sent to insurance company dedicated health service for avail cashless facility benifit, our claim request was denied without any reason. No sms were sent to the registered mobile number stating the "claim was denial". When asked for email of claim denial "internet connection down" was the reponse.
We have a horrible experience with dhs mangalore staff.
Please advice insurance company to behave properly with customers and do needful action to get my medical expense amount as early as possible.
