D/S A mediclaim of Rs. 11314.00 were submitted to your agency Vipul Med corp TPA Pvt Ltd Gurgaon in the month of July 16 in the name of rajendra Kumar Dixit. On telephonic conversation Vipul TPA repeatedly saying that your claim of Rs. 10964.00 against Rs. 11314.00 have already been settled on[protected] and the same amount Rs. 10964.00 is being send in your bank account very soon. Till now i have not received the same amount.
