National Insurance Company — I am complaining about the manager of National Insurance company

I have Maruti Swift Dezire PB 39e 6550.My motor vehicle insurance number is[protected] with book number [protected] with issuing office located at 115, GURU nanak colony, Rajpura. The manager looking after the branch is Khushwant Verma. with his mobile number is [protected].Our car had met with accident on 20.01.2017 and we had claimed cashless insurance.The company Hira Automobile has repaired our car and has made bill of 28000 but the manager said is not available in his office and we have called him a number of times and he has not picked his number after one time.We as a responsible customer have called the agent and manager number of times for 4 days now and are now feeling harassed and cheated.We have claimed insurance for the first time and facing a lot of difficulties.Kindly look into the matter and we urge you to take some action.
