National Insurance Company — Insurance renewal failed

On 13/07/2021 I tried to renew my two Wheeler KL61B8271, the insurance amount was 1460 . The amount was debited from the bank. But the insurance not renewed. The transaction id is :NICL[protected].pls refund the amount.
