    I own a Volkswagen Vento 2011 model. Recently i met with an accident and as a result the H beam connecting the rear wheels got deflected. I surrendered my vehicle at Volkswagen dealer named EVM PASSENGER CARS Pvt. Ltd at Kollam. Initially the surveyor came and recorded the quotation made . Unfortunately the 2011 VW model has been discontinued, the H beam has to be ordered directly from Germany via courier. With the consent of the insurance agent and surveyor, additional estimate has been submitted to the Insurance Company.

    Unfortunately once the refund for the claim has been done, the amount is too less compared to the claim made by us. As we contacted with the insurance agent, they told that the surveyor failed to record the additional estimate submitted by the dealer.

    Since the mistake happened from the side of the insurance company and as a customer who has every right to claim the so called estimated amount by authorized dealer, I would like to register a complaint regarding the same.

    I have intimated a claim under PMSBY in the month of june but still yet the claim has not been settled.
    I have submitted all the documents online and offline as well.
    But still the national insurance company mumbai branch office give various reasons and delaying the claim
    Si i request you to please concern about the same as soon as possible.

      In our area SANJAY AUTOMOBILES, CONGRESS ROAD, MAHNAR, VAISHALI, BIHAR ... Who take extra 200 rs for late fine ... when we insure my motor my premium of Rs.1404 bt he take money 1604 ... But he gave me the billing of rs.1404 .. when i ask them why don;t ypu give me total blance of bill rs1604 then they say that there is no rule for this only the premium actul cost print on the billing .. sir tell me is this any rule for late fine ... what is a late fine???

        I have taken a mediclaim policy from national insurance company under baroda health policy program and submitted premium of rs 7246 and its validity is from[protected] to[protected]. But i haven't got the policy card still.
        I have visited the company office in navyug market, ghaziabad, u. P. But did not get any proper response from the authority.

But till now re-reimbursement not happened. Talked to davanagere office where submitted for claim & dharwad office from where policy issued, but no proper response received.

            Request to re-reimburse the claim amount at the earliest.

On telephonic conversation Vipul TPA repeatedly saying that your claim of Rs. 10964.00 against Rs. 11314.00 have already been settled on[protected] and the same amount Rs. 10964.00 is being send in your bank account very soon.
              Till now i have not received the same amount.
              It is highly objectionable

And message blinks as "please contact to your issuing branch" and when i visited your office at 8 india ex place on yesterday they said that migration has not been done... And it can migrate only with password of manager... But unfortunately manager is on leave for 8-10 days... So i am unable to know where is the fault of a consumer... Why i not i will able to take benefit of online renewal... You are requested to kindly do the needful to make online payment. Ggyaneshwar sharma. [protected]/[protected].

                      there was no automated advance notice for premium,
                      since it was after "demonetizing" ; i could not send NEFT to my agent.
                      so, i sent chk on urgent basis by Courier ( double charge ).
                      we recieved sms thatind=suffiecnt balance on saurday and asking to fill in sufficient money ... which we did it on saturday-sunday night.

                      still appears that - your company is not following OWN suggestion; just not holding ONE day?
                      or expect to reach net-banking as soon as receive message - go for NET connect only!

                      If so, pls don't make suggestion for name-sake only ! it appears to fulfill requirements of CSR - just a formality.

                      Now, if your company really means CSR in true sense, pls pls resubmit it once more

                        Some Facts,
                        1, Mr. Devchand B. Gangar had been a loyal policy holder of Oriental Insurance Co. Since last many years, but some of concern of previous agent we PORTED This Policy to National Insurance Co.
                        2, the entire procedure like feel up of proposal form, filling all columns, doing sign on proposal form was done by Mr. Sumit Chheda (You Co. Agent),
                        3. at the time of shifting of policy from Oriental Ins. Co. To your Co., we had cleared all facts to Mr. Sumit but, He informed us that in PORTABILITY no medical check up is required (AS WE HAD SUBMITTED LAST 4 YEARS POLICY COPIES OF ORIENTAL INSURANCE CO.)
                        4, Mr. Devchand Gangar, then was 72 years old, how can he write GOOD HEALTH? Or why your Co. Accepted his policy without any Medical reports,
                        5, by checking of last 4 years pol. Copies of Oriental Ins. Co., your Co. Must aware of Medical & claim history of Mr. Devchand Gangar,
                        6, it shows that we have been misguided by Your agent Mr. Sumit & your Co. Also,
                        7, Your co. accepted policy of Mr. Devchand Gangar shows that co. is aware of all facts.
                        Keeping all the points, we request you do favour o[censored]s & order your Division Office to settle our all pending claims as early as possible.

                            Sir, my medical policy no 270707/48/15/[protected], of national insurance through bank of India Nasik road in the name of M P AGGARWAL & MADHU AGGARWAL.

                            The same is due for renewal on 12th of Dec 2016.

                            I have bad experience to get it renewed on or before expiry date every year . in spite of my reminder to bank of india for renewal bank fails to renew it in time and always says shortage of man power or reminder from national insurance not received. Result is i have to suffer and run around to get it renewed in time

                            I request my above said medical policy to be renewed before 12th Dec 2016. I have sufficient balance in my a/c.

                            and also request to change the address as " PRINCE TOWN ROYAL, F. NO. B/1--802, NIBM ANNEXE, UNDRI ROAD UNDRI, PUNE 411060 ( if needed address ID will be sent.),

                              Sir,
                              I am inviting your kind attention to the following facts:
                              1) my supersplendor hero honda motor bike was stolen from my residence govt quarter on dated 04.12.2013.
                              On the same day i informed the manager, national insurance company krishnagar branch, nadia west bengal in writing.

                              2) i lodged case in the krishnagar kotowali police station regarding theft of my motor bike.
                              Case no 1766/13 dated 04/12/2013.
                              U/s 461/379 ipc..

                              3) my insurance policy number is 154001/31/13/[protected]
                              Certificate no is 154001/31/13/[protected]

                              4) police investigation, inspection by the inspector of national insurance company, court judgement and procurement of f. R. T. Report, final acceptance by the judge of the court took too much time. Finally i became able to submit all the documents in the year 2015, october 2015.

                              3 years from the date of theft of my bike and 1 year from the date of submission of all mentioned documents including key of the bike, purchase paper, registration certificate have passed.

                              4) i had met d. O. Parimal babu and requested for paying my claim whose value is only rs 22500.00. But the said person told me that it would take more time as the case has been closed. But i don't know the cause of closure of my case. What they did all were beyond my knowledge.
                              5) even today i talked with do mr parimal babu but he could not give me any assurance. He told me that they have sent the matter to the head office located in kolkata a few months ago and the matter is lying pending at their end.

                              I am feeling very upset regarding the progress of the matter.

                              I apprehend that i shall not get the compensation from the company till the end of life.

                              I am also concerned about the matter whether the company is only interested in collecting money from the policy holders and completely indifferent towards paying the compensation to the affected person.

                              Sir, i want justice in this matter and request you to be bold enough to intervene the matter with the office of national insurance company krishnagar branch for tendering total non co-operation so that i can get the payment without further delay.

                                I have submitted all original Reports, Bills & Doctor's advice to the Official Mr. Rajib Chakraborty on 11/3/2016. I had spent Rs. 3, 650/-(Three thousand six hundred fifty only) as per directives of National Insurance's Good health check up scheme. An amount of Rs. 1000/- (one thousand only) has been sent to my Bank A/c on 21/11/2016 . That was also made after lodging complaint.

                                My earnest request to please look into the mater as I can get my claim as per directives of Good Health Check up scheme of National Insurance.

                                  Sir, i am fully frustrated with the unrully and unresponsable behaviour of the agent mr gupta, he never renew the policy on time, due to him my policy expiry every year, he is less bother whether the policy get renewed or not, after the renewal of the policy he never handover the new policy to me i have to chase him through mobile call for months, earlier one year i have not received the health insurance card for two months after so many mobile calls to him he informed that i will get the said card after 6months, i waited for six months but i have not received the health insurance card i try to contact him but he never attend my call, then i enquire from other source and went to the office of tpa - genins india they informed me that they issued the health insurance card within 1 month from the date of the renewal of the policy since it was send by ordinary post it may have lost, they scould me that why i am reporting to them after 6 months i should contact them earlier i felt so embraced in front of other people, then i inform them that i was misguided by the agent mr. anand kr. gupta.

                                  Sir i further would like to inform you that i have never appointed mr anand kr. gupta my insurance agent for my above mention policy, i had not sign any authorization letter regarding this and i have no knowledge how he become my agent, my authorise agent was mr. shyam sunder sarayan, sales code-12001.

                                  I would like to request you with my folded hands, please investigate this matter and take the necessary action against him.

                                    My indica vista car no wb57c 2015 has been fallen to an accident near berhampore murshidabad, district on 28.08.2016, repaired from lexican motors, berhampore and have a policy with u. Policy no-[protected]. Claim no-tmi 00001643.

                                    The valuer estimated the amount and sent to ur berhampore branch, he told that near about 60% of the total replacement and repairing cost will be borne by u.
                                    So i draw your attention to check the matter and give me a feedback. I am confused now.
                                    Pl do the needful.

                                    I have done a health insurance with National Insurance Company Limited on 13.10.16 i have claimed this insurance to TPA and now TPA required form 64B so i mailed to NIC on 15.11.16 but till now i have no reply regarding same. So please do the required as soon as other wise i will go to consumer forum.
                                    By the surveyor not given me proper & complete insurance value

                                      Hi team,
                                      My self mr. suril jain ([protected]), i have policy for mediclaim from national insurance company limited. my policy number : 301200/48/15/[protected]. my policy agent name is mr. nehal m thaker, conatact number: [protected] and his agent id is : [protected].
                                      My policy validity is 02/01/2016 to 01/01/2017. my icard number is : hhs1.[protected] and businees source id/ dev off id: 041018.in my policy i do sharing with my wife her name is mrs. jyoti jain.in july-16 my wife got high fever and due to that we admit her in shree krishna hospital (dr. ramesh patel) where she was admitted for 2-3 days for the tretment. i had well informed my agent for this incident and i asked him can we do claim for the same since i had policy over 8-10 yrs and i never claim even single time. as this was my first time for claiming so i called him and convey all things to him. after confirmation of him i propsed my case for mediclaim so i do have to pay extra charges as all knowing while claiming extra charges need to pay. after 3 day in hospital yet my wife health was not improved and even medical report is also showing the same so dr. ramesh patel suggested us for ms (master in surgen) as he is md (master in dispencary). so dr. ramesh suggested us for dr. pradip jain. while reaching him after and studing the case which is given by dr. ramesh patel doctor suspect pyrexia on her right brest. so he suggested us for the opperation. i again called my agent and explain him all senario. he still said that don't worry he will mange for mediclaim and suggested us for kepping the bill. after operation my wife was admitted in the hospital for 2-3 days mean while i was busy in completing the document process. both doctor spoke with my agent also and they also explained him about my wife dises and how we can claim. as per his guidence both doctor prepared the document and we submitted him each and every origanl document to mr. nehal. after that since 10-15 days gone no update come from him so we call him he say your file is in process will complete the process with in 2-3 days. so we waiting further. after few days we got one query latter from the company query latter no : ccn:hh[protected]. and as per the later agent suggested us that company want some past history for case so from both doctor as he said and even he also again had a word with both doctor and as per him both doctor has given in written case past history and my father has personlly subimited the document to him.
                                      After that also for more 30 days we wait as per his suggestion but still no phone from him so again call him and he said his boss having "chicken guniya" so will come post diwali. we again followed his word and wait completion of diwali. after diwali complete agent call is not come so again we call him for update this time new story that signing officer is only one the office and his father is died so he will come after few days. this is rediculas that in company only one claim sensing officer and if he is on leave there must be someone for claim settlement.
                                      I am very old customer with the national insurance company and i had faith in the company. i do have my personal acccident policy, vehical insurance my all family member accident policy and mediclaim also. this is first time i claiming and having very bad or even i said worst experaince for claiming. i request to company please settle my amount on priority and my agent shri nehal is worst agent i ever faced because he is not even calling us for anyhting and every time we have to call him for the update. this is not ethical businees approach. i had called him more than 100 time and every time he is givinig new date and new reason. as we claiming first time he is behaviour is also rude. we had given him so many refrences for the business and every where he got the policy also. if i not satisfied then i also need to share them my experaince with company and agent. so have doubt for contuning them also with the company also. i request company to take action aginst him. i further tell that if my settlement is not done then will have to think for changing my insurance company due to the agent only.
