I took a mediclaim policy on 22/09/2017 from bank of baroda giving nagar. Now when of the person included in the policy was ill and went through an operation in which her gall bladder was removed went to take the claim in the national insurance office in bhatia market, kanpur they are saying that why you did not inform about all the prior, in such kind of situation will the person look after his health or will go to the insurance company to inform them. Though we were not informed about all this. We were only informed that
You will get the claim the patient had undergone operation and her gall bladder was removed.

My humble is that you must look into it and help us in getting claim.
