The Premium of Rs 44446 for renewal for above policy was paid by NEFT on[protected]. This was acknowledged by Ms Priyanka Nawale of National Insurance Co.Ltd., DAB - XII[protected] th Flr., Sterling Cinema Bldg., 65, Murzban Street, Fort, Mumbai - 400 001. I yhave not received the new policy in spite of repeated reminders over phone and email. A second issue has not been taken care, the inception date for my policy was 13/6/2006, Earlier the premium used to be paid through the following gentleman: Mohan S. Kulkarni, Regional Co-ordinator-Marketing, 6 th Flr., Sterling Cinema Bldg., 65, Murzban Street, Fort, Mumbai - 400 001 Mumbai Regional Office II, Ph. 22017109/7146 MB : [protected] FAX :22030563 WAN:[protected] NATIONAL INSURANCE COMPANY LIMITED Since 2013 I have been paying directly to the branch.
