Sir, while renewing my two wheeler policy online. My money rs /908 deducted from my account with transaction successful reference no - igadsksjl3, dated but policy no/documents not generated and sessions timed out /web page out. My customers id - [protected], email id - [protected]@gmail.com and mobile no - [protected]. Sir kindly do something in my favour. Thanks
