This is about reimbursement due to me on account of a claim pending. I don't know who to talk to about this. The workshop, Lakshmi Hyundai, Moosarambag says they have sent all papers to one Mr. Raamohan, a Surveyor of your company who in turn says he has submitted the documents for reimbursement he has to check. But he is sluggish.
Kindly let me have my Customer ID (I cant find it anywhere on the Policy Document) and other required details pertaining to the claim so I can track the claim online. Was this information helpful? |
