My policy no.[protected] that i want to renew but links provided opened with all details but one mandatory field is blank and i am not able to select it as drop down is not working, talked to customer care over chat, they are not providing solution and only communicating to contact dealer.

If their inks are not working from last two days then they must provide extension. I have taken screenshots for the same.
