National Insurance Company — Non payment of expenses incurred on health checkup

I have been a holder of a health policy since 2009 and I have never raised any claim, by virtue of this I became eligible for a free health checkup. I got this done in May 2017 and submitted the bills alongwith all the reports in original to Divisional Manager, Allahabad on 11/5/2017.
