This is to inform you that mrs rima bhattacharya has submitted mediclaim of rs 84527.00 on 27.04.2017 against her mediclaim policy no[protected] but till date the claim was not settled and the amount was not reimbursed. Though we have contacted several times to the tpa m/s genins india tpa ltd - kolkata but no result was obtained.

Sir, please arrange to resolve the issue and arrange to make me the reimbursement of the amount rs 84572.00 along with applicable interest as per irda norms
