National Insurance Company — Non receipt of Health Card and non inclusion of Bonus amount. | |||
Dear sir, my Varistha Mediclaim policy No.[protected] has been renewed from 25/10/2016 for one year after receiving payment of Rs 5975. But till date I did not receive the Health Card and necessary papers. The matter was taken up with the agent Mr Vivekananda Bagchi, Code :[protected] number of times in last two months. He promised that no further complaints are necessary as he will take action and will provide me the Health Card and the insurance amount will be amended.He fails to do anything as I did not receive any communication from the company neither the Health Card. Mr Bagchi is not responding to my calls and I m feeling helpless. Being an elderly person of 68yrs of age, it is not possible for me to run offices.
