I have admitted on 08/11/2016 at Ramachandra hospital porur chennai in emergency ward due to vomitting etc.I have already undergone double valve replacement 20 months back. I have been discharged the same day.Since I am a sr cititizen and undergonr DVR they used various medical equipment like CT scane etc to treat my ill health.I submitted a medical bill to MD India health insurance on 17/11/2016., for reimbursement.Last week When I made enquiry through mail, they send me reply claim is rejected.
Why there is this much delay to reject the claim.Original papers have not been returned so far.Since it is already delayed, I cannot claim with any other company now,
I am the National Insurance customer since 2009and paying premium rgularly.Policy number[protected] Issued by Poonamalee Branch Chennai.
