National Insurance Company — not receive amount after amount already passed..

Respected sir,
My father name is hansrajbhai p gondaliya and his policy no is 311501/48/17/[protected].
In this policy madiclaim amount already approved but not still given i don't know how is this happen but branch office answer is, there is a problem from it department but i don't know what is actual problem.. And plz replay and take some action for corrections as soon as possible...
