National Insurance Company — not settle fire claim

Sir at last year december 2017 i already gave every document that our surveyor requirement from me, what was possible for me i gave him. But till date 24.05.2018 running five months ago company don’t settle my claim amount. They are commitment me at february 2018 settle the claim in that month. But running three months ago they gave me date after date but nothing to happen. Kindly help me.
