Sir,
I wanted to renew my Mediclaim Policy like other years online through your portal. I had been trying to transact since the past two days. But your website has some serious issues and does not permit me to complete the transaction.
I had spoken to the Chat helpline, twice but a very casual response was given to try again.
Your website is almost always under some issues.
In the era of Digital India if we have to go to your branch to pay our renewals then it is very unfortunate.
The mission of our Hon'ble Prime Minister seems to be under some threat.
Please take note of the problems faced by your customers.
