Dear sir,

Irrespective of my complaint again and again to mr shravan kumar agrawal development officer at jhalawar road branch, kota i am not getting cards from tpa for cashless treatment against my parivar mediclaim policy no.[protected].

Please ask tpa east west assist pvt ltd to send the cards otherwise i will bound to complaint to regulatory authority and ombudsman.

I am not getting my TPA Card for cashless treatment against my mediclaim policy no.[protected].
In case I will not get cards I will complaint to regulatory authority and ombudsman.
