[Resolved] National Insurance Company — Pending refund amount (tp) policy | |||||
This is to inform you that i have a motor policy in national insurance company of rs.1401, policy no-200100/31/15/[protected] few months’ back i applied for a renewal of my earlier policy which amounted rs.1200, policy number-20030/31/14/[protected] On doing so, the agent (shri bapan sarkar, agent code:[protected] made a mistake and my policy which was of first party, was changed into third party policy, later when i complained about that mistake the company agent assured that the mistake was corrected and in doing so they cancelled the tp and changed my policy back to the first party policy but this time they increased the policy amount to rs.1400. after all the redo of my policy, i claimed for the refundable amount of the tp policy which i paid accounting their mistake. although they assured that i will be refunded with the amount i. e. rs.693 within a week’s time but it is very disappointing that its been 5 months running. now that they are not showing any interest in taking the necessary action for the refund of my money, therefore, i want some serious action to be taken against the company in order to help me get the amount of money which they are not approving till date. Although i have been visiting the company office regarding the holded amount most often for which they sent me back home saying that it will be cleared soon but it’s been quite a while now that i am tired of requesting them to do their job.
