National Insurance Company — Policy number:[protected]incorrect vehicle idv value

I renewed my car insurance before the due date through online on 4th july 2016 by paying rs. 3, 144/- but did not got the policy immediately. After following up with national insurance team i got to policy but the vehicle idv value is just rs. 20, 000/- as it was rs. 2, 65, 000/- last year. There was no claims made during last year.

I have been following up for refund or to get the idv value corrected but no response from anyone.

Please refund the money which i paid.
