Dear sir I have submitted all document of pre post claim in 2015 to nic againt. But till now it is pending & close the file from nic end. Your agent nt pic my phone & not reply me. How can get solution. Pl provide. My another query, i want to change my son & daughter name in policy as per actual name. I have submitted all document like adhar card, school i card of both to my agent. But till now 25 day gone no feedback come from nis & no reply from ur agent. He is not picking my phone. What i can do. If no solution get, i will go to consumer court regarding both issue. & will complaint against nis & nic agent. I have all proof for this. Ur agent service very poor & he is not picking phone again n again & no reply comes from his side. Pl. Tell nic person name and no. Which give solution to me. Was this information helpful? | |||
