I am miss rina dutta a dialysis patient of ge-117 kmda plot, 1313, rajdanga main road (E), kolkata-700107 submit my claimed for reimbursement of my policy no. :[protected] on 1st february, 2019 but still not receive any payment. I contact my agent and your tpa person over phone several time and submit my kyc and cancel cheque three times but till not receive any payment.
One of your person namely amir hossain came to my house for kyc and take my photo also four month ago but till pending my claim. It is my legitimate claim and i need money urgently for my further treatment. I want to know why my claim till pending? If any problem from my site tell me. It is my last and final reminder if it is not solve then i have no other option to go consumer forum.
