National Insurance Company — regarding fraud estimates and claim amount of company

Sir,
I met with an accident which costed me around 2, 40000 to recover
I claimed my amount and then company allotted me a estimator mr. A k lal,
He urged me that an amount of 10% is it to be paid before getting claim as a bribe which is to be shared by all and i was insisted to pay and after i was refused to get my claim after deducting accordingly policy terms, and got just 120000 as claim.
Please help me out should i file an fir.
