[Resolved] National Insurance Company — Renewal process and demand of extra money by agents in nicl office

Sir,
I visited nicl, do in idco tower, bhubaneswar today for renewal of my policy. To my surprise the agent there, asked me 100 rupees above the receipt amount as their charge.
When i told this to the employees present there, they told me that you fill the form yourself and dont give any money extra otherwise you have to.
Does the nicl not giving commission to agents from the receipt money? Why a common man can fill the form for tenrwal? If its happenning inside the do office then what about the small offices.
Can this complaint earn any positive output?
