[Resolved] National Insurance Company — Still not receive my refund

Hello sir,

As per your shravak aarogyam term i send all datas and document with their form editing by me.. And that was sent on 18/03/2016 and before 10days they again msg me that your documents still not receive yet.. But at that time i checked from courier that when my parcel has arrived at that destination its on reached there on next day.. So why they people still msg me that u still not send your document.. I want my refund money 3305rupes
