I have renewed my policy till 04/04/2019 having p number:[protected].
Now tpa office has been changed as medi assit india tpa pvt ltd ahmedabad but the tpa id card number/id card is not issued to me. There for there is requested to issue me a new tpa id number /id card by return of post either by whatsapp /email as it is urgently required by the hospital. Your immediate action is requested.
