Poor service of national insurance, on 03/01/2018 claim lodged online. No servayer ready to visit accident site at kinglr, kumarsen, due to that service center is not starting repair of my car insured from nic.
Worst servise, poor customer care, i ll not renew my other two cars insurance and not even recommend any relative or friend to opt nic.
I was regular customer of nic for my vehicles but at the time of need and poor customer service at the time of need.
