Dear sir I dubmitted all original papers to raksha tpa after my major surgery rightly on given time. They asked more papers which i sent again on time but now without seeing the genuinity and seriousness of my case i have got a mail saying that my file is being closed and no enquiry will be entertained. I am 8/9 years old customer of your company amd always served the best on time but surprisingly this time raksha tpa is not dealing well for which i will be bound to approach courts, pmo office and all strong authorities to get my claum back, which may even cost you higher as customer is paid for all court proceedings also after that Kindly look seriously into the matter as soon as possible.
