National Insurance Company — two wheeler insurance claim

Dear sir,
I want a claim in the month of april and it has been since 1 and 1/2 month, my claim isn't been solved.
The employees in the office are only doing their duty when i am calling them to do so.
They are not doing out of their own.
This is not done and it is only harassment to a customer.
I had submitted all documents and surveyor did his task but still now, no money is being reimbursed to me.
