National Saving Certificate — nsc data not migrated into cbs

I have 4 nsc (58dd 788468/69/70/71) of rs. 5000 denomination from galleria post office, dlf city phase iv, gurugram -122009, haryana on 23.03.2010 which i cannot withdraw at other office even after maturity on 23.03.2016 due to its non migration into cbs. I need its account id and cif. I tried to call post office many times but not reachable and even customer care number is not helpful. Please address the issue urgently.
