That, I purchased 6 numbers of IX issue NSC (10yrs) Certificates valued Rs 10, 000 each from Kalimpong PO on 3.4.2012 with the promise of maturity amount Rs.23, 887 after 10 years. But the office mstakenly issued Certificates of VIII issue to me .On that time I complain the matter to than Postmaster but She assured me that there will be no problem in future and handed over that Certificates to me forecefully.
