National Securities Depository Limited [nsdl] — Unable to register after getting acknowledgement no due to payment gateway issue

My acknowledgement Number is 11007498 and the Acknowledgement Date is 30/12/2015. While, Complete pending registration it say that your are a registered user with pending payment confirmation. Please try after some time. I am getting this message since 4 days. I tried to contact the cutomer care no but they are not responding saying that they are busy. Their email id is not able to accept emails due to full capacity. Consumers are helpless to contact them. Please do the needful asap.

Try this one...[protected]...and tell them to transfer call to enps..but since last two days they are unable to connect the phone to enps deptt...today I droppeed email to info.[protected]@nsdl.co.in. ..hopefully would get some response by tomorrow.

thanks Gaurav even i called up the no and no response i did the same by sending a mail to the provided email id.
